Michael has over two decades of experience integrating a private practice as a counselor with explorations of modern dance, music, bodywork, meditation, nutrition, cooking, visual/multimedia arts, improvisational performances, social justice, men’s groups, cognitive behavioral therapies, complex trauma, altered/extreme states, dreamwork, creativity, and spirituality. When meeting clients, Michael’s supportive approach is heart-centered, playful, direct, and deeply respectful of their preferred pace and diverse needs.
